 SMNC Consulting provides project-based finance and advisory support to senior leaders and mission-driven organizations. I take on the critical initiatives executives often wish they had time to tackle - bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to complex challenges.

With experience spanning PricewaterhouseCoopers, corporate financial leadership, and founding my own consulting practice, I help organizations evaluate information, shape direction, and move initiatives forward efficiently, leveraging AI as appropriate.
